Indian resumes get filtered hard on keywords because most recruiters can't verify the brand of your previous employer. A real cert from AWS, CNCF, or HashiCorp is one of the few signals that crosses borders without explanation. But the wrong cert (a Coursera "specialization") signals junior and gets you filtered the other way.
